Return Policy
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, the product you receive from Third Pin Threads will be in NEW condition from us. We do not sell opened package or customer returned merhcandise in our webstore.
Third Pin Threads is proud to extend a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on every order from the day the order is delivered. If you need to return an item, please CONTACT US with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly within 24-48 business hours with instructions. Once approved, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees back to the Third Pin Threads distribution center.
-Product that is in new, unopened condition is eligible to be returned for a full refund of the original product purchase price. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
-Product that has been removed from packaging but is still in new condition, may be returned for a full store credit for the original product purchase price.
-Product that has been altered or damaged by the customer is not eligible for return or refund. Product that is sold as 'CLEARANCE' or 'CLOSEOUT' is not eligible for returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
**Please allow 2-3 Business Days for us to process and ship your order**
We ship USPS Ground Advantage and Priority to all US territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. We DO NOT ship internationally yet, but we are looking at ways to do so in the near future.
You will receive an Order Confirmation upon completing your Order. Once your Order has been prepared and packed for shipping, you will receive a Shipping Notification along with Tracking Information. Tracking data can sometimes be inaccurate or delayed, especially during busy seasons. If you have questions regarding delayed or inaccurate tracking information, please refer to the corresponding shipper for accurate updates.
In the event your package is arriving late, the carrier will usually update the recent tracking data to “In Transit, Arriving Late”. If there are no tracking updates after 5 business days, we will submit a Missing Mail request with the carrier on your behalf. From there, the carrier will investigate and provide a status update on your package. If the package is recovered, it will continue to its destination. If the package is determined to be lost, we will gladly replace the package at no cost to you. Customers are responsible for securing packages after they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Third Pin Threads does not accept any liability for theft of packages that have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
